Qualifications

• Proven experience in second-line IT support and infrastructure management.
• Strong knowledge of virtualization, networking, and cloud services.
• Security-conscious with experience in endpoint and network security.

Responsibilities

• 2nd Line Troubleshooting / Executive IT Support
• Proactively monitor and remediate incidents using approved tools
• Mentoring / Escalation for internal team members
• Ensure Security and privacy of networks and computer systems
• Ownership of systems
• Liaising with 3rd party suppliers
• Organise and schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring others
• Backup and recovery ownership
• Maintain clear documentation of issues, resolutions, and changes
