Job summary

Candour is seeking a Senior Support Engineer in Cheshire, UK, for an MSP delivering IT infrastructure projects and cloud migrations. The role involves both remote and on-site work in the North-West, with ownership from planning through delivery.

You will act as a senior escalation point for the support team, lead 3rd line activities, and drive improvements across networking, security, and IT operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in MSP environments and 3rd line support preferred.
• Ability to design, lead and deliver IT infrastructure projects.
• Strong problem solving and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, lead and deliver IT infrastructure projects including cloud migrations and networking upgrades.
• As a senior technical escalation point, resolve advanced 3rd line issues.
• Provide proactive improvement and documentation for IT environments.
