Job summary

hireful is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to own our core IT infrastructure, delivering senior technical support across on-premises systems and collaborating with a Cloud Engineer on Azure and Microsoft 365.

You'll act as the escalation point for complex incidents, drive root-cause analysis and remediation, and contribute to projects including upgrades, security improvements, disaster recovery and lifecycle management within a regulated financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing on-premises IT infrastructure in a regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy.
• Experience with cloud/hybrid environments (Azure, M365) is essential.

Responsibilities

• Own the core IT infrastructure and provide senior technical support.
• Lead investigations, root-cause analysis and permanent remediation.
• Contribute to infrastructure projects, upgrades and security improvements.
• Plan disaster recovery, resilience and lifecycle management.

We're looking for an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to take ownership of our core IT infrastructure, providing senior technical support across our on-premises estate while working closely with our Cloud Engineer across Azure and Microsoft 365.

You'll also play a key role in infrastructure projects, platform upgrades, security improvements, disaster recovery, operational resilience and lifecycle management within a regulated financial services environment.
