Job summary

HGF Limited in Leeds is seeking an Infrastructure, Security and DevOps Engineer to design, deliver, and secure scalable IT infrastructure and deployment pipelines across on‑premises and cloud environments. You will drive automation, CI/CD, and monitoring to maximise availability and performance in a fast‑paced professional services firm.

Ideal candidates will have Windows and Linux administration, Microsoft 365, AD, Hyper‑V, networking and security expertise, with an interest in DevOps and IaC

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows and Linux server environments and broad IT infrastructure exposure.
• Strong understanding of security practices and monitoring.
• Interest or experience in DevOps, cloud technologies, and IaC tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance IT infrastructure, ensuring security, resilience, and high availability.
• Drive automation, deployment pipelines, and CI/CD processes across on‑premise and cloud environments.
• Support cybersecurity operations, incident response, and ongoing infrastructure improvements.
