Qualifications

• 10+ years’ IT experience, including at least 3 years in a 3rd line/Senior MSP role.
• Proven expertise in M365/Azure ecosystem and Windows Server environments.
• Strong knowledge of networks, firewalls, DNS, DHCP, VLAN’s, VPN and ZTNA technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex projects including Office relocations and server/cloud migrations.
• Configure and support routers, firewalls, switches, and access points.
• Mentor 1st / 2nd line engineers, assist with documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement.
