Job summary

Succession Wealth is seeking a Senior IT Engineer to join the IT Support team. You will provide third-line support and development activities for IT and telephony, troubleshoot complex end-user issues, and collaborate with our MSP to resolve infrastructure problems.

The role requires ITIL-aligned practices and travel across the UK. The successful candidate will work with Azure AD, automation, and scripting while supporting both technical and non-technical colleagues.

Qualifications

• Prior experience of providing IT support (2nd Line Support etc.)
• Experience of working with cloud infrastructure
• Experience of using remote control desktop applications
• Experience of operating within an ITIL framework
• Knowledge of Azure AD, Automation, Shared scripting and Data warehouse management
• Ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical colleagues
• Full driving licence and willingness for UK-wide travel

Responsibilities

• Provide third-line IT support to troubleshoot complex end-user issues that cannot be resolved by the IT Helpdesk.
• Collaborate with MSP to address Core Infrastructure issues promptly.
• Work with Head of Service and Infrastructure on new business activation processes from an IT perspective.
• Adhere to ITIL framework in all operational activities to maintain high security standards.
