Job summary

Succession Wealth is seeking a Senior IT Engineer (3rd Line) to join our IT Support team. This field-based role supports users and systems across the UK, working with our MSP and internal teams to troubleshoot complex issues and implement IT change.

You will operate within ITIL, with experience in cloud infrastructure, Azure AD, automation and scripting. A driving licence and willingness to travel UK-wide are required.

Qualifications

• 2nd line IT support experience
• Experience with cloud infrastructure
• Experience with remote control desktop applications
• Experience operating within an ITIL framework
• Knowledge of Azure AD, Automation, Shared scripting and Data warehouse management
• Ability to work with technical and non-technical colleagues
• Full driving licence and willingness for UK-wide travel

Responsibilities

• Provide third-line support for complex end-user issues
• Collaborate with MSP to address core infrastructure issues
• Assist with new business activation processes from an IT perspective
• Adhere to ITIL framework in all operational activities
