We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior CAD Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in computer-aided design and will be responsible for creating detailed 2d drawings, floorplans, sections and technical plans for various projects. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical expertise, and project management skills to ensure that designs meet both client expectations and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and produce high-quality CAD drawings and models using software such as AutoCAD, Revit is required.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all deadlines are met while maintaining a high standard of quality.
• Taking accurate existing measurements on sites.
• Conduct site visits as necessary to gather information and ensure designs are feasible within the construction environment.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in CAD design and construction.

Skills

• Proficiency in CAD software including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhinoceros 3D, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee projects from conception through to completion.
• Excellent attention to detail.
