Job summary

Ai Bio in London (King’s Cross) is seeking a senior genomics data analyst to own the analysis of functional genomics data from experimental design through hit selection. You will build pipelines that integrate sequencing, imaging, and proteomics readouts, ensuring results are robust across readouts and conditions.

You will collaborate with wet-lab scientists and the software team, delivering reproducible analyses and clear communication to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• PhD or master’s with 2–3 years in genomics, bioinformatics, or related field.
• Strong Python or R with reproducible workflows and Git.
• Hands-on single-cell RNA-seq analysis (e.g., Scanpy or Seurat).
• Experience with statistical methods and multi-omics data integration.

Responsibilities

• Own analysis of functional genomics data from design to hits, ensuring robust evidence.
• Build pipelines for sequencing, imaging, and proteomics readouts.
• Collaborate with scientists and software team to scale analyses as throughput grows.
