Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Information Technology Support Analyst based in Devon. The Senior Information Technology Support Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support, resolving IT issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, analyzing system performance, and maintaining communication with staff to provide timely support.

Qualifications

  • Technical Support and Information Technology skills
  • Strong Analytical Skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues
  • Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with staff and stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
  • Experience in an educational setting is a plus
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent are beneficial
