Job Title: 2nd Line IT Support Advisor

  1. Experience in a 2nd line support capacity – telephone, email, etc.
  2. Knowledge of Active Directory
  3. Experience with Exchange

Desired Skills and Certifications:
  • Certifications such as MCITP, CompTIA, Network+
  • Experience in an MSP environment
