Gravitee is a leading API and AI platform provider that champions innovative delivery. We are seeking an Implementation Manager to own onboarding and professional services engagements from signature to go-live, coordinating engineers and partner resources.

In this London-hybrid role you will manage milestones, ensure scope adherence, and drive timely invoicing while maintaining revenue integrity. You’ll collaborate across vendor and partner teams in a fast-growing organization.

Qualifications

• Five+ years running enterprise software implementations in a vendor-facing professional services, delivery or onboarding function.
• Ability to manage multiple enterprise deployments simultaneously with strong prioritisation.
• Comfort working with partners and internal teams to deliver against a plan.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the plan by translating the SOW into a milestone plan with dates and owners.
• Own the engagement end to end, including partner-delivered work and 180-day go-live target.
• Own acceptance, billing trigger, and revenue recognition evidence.
• Control scope and change, convert out-of-scope work into priced changes.
• Remove blockers by chasing prerequisites and elevating dependencies.
• Hold certified staff and partners to delivery standards and reporting.
• Lead onboarding workshops and post-sales reviews with the Technical Account Manager.
• Hand over to Account Managers at go-live with risks documented.
• Build the delivery picture with forecasting and status reporting.
• Advocate Gravitee values in all customer interactions.
