Gravitee, a 2025 Gartner Magic Quadrant Leader, invites an Account Manager EMESA North to join our global security-focused team. You will own strategic relationships across the EMEA North region, shaping customer adoption of Gravitee’s API management and AI-enabled solutions.

In this role you’ll drive renewals, expand partnerships, and collaborate with Product, Engineering and Support to deliver measurable outcomes for enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in strategic account management.
• Proven ability to manage enterprise relationships with a strategic lens.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for influencing stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow relationships with key existing customers across the EMEA North.
• Manage overall renewal process.
• Act as a strategic advisor and primary point of contact for customers.
• Collaborate on customers' digital strategy aligning Gravitee to long-term goals.
• Lead customer reviews, roadmap sessions, and value-realisation discussions.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction, retention and expansion.
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering and Support to resolve issues and deliver outcomes.
