Job summary

National Highways is seeking a Senior Identity Manager to lead Identity and Access Management services across the organisation. You will oversee governance, incident resolution, and supplier management, ensuring compliant access controls and security posture.

The role is hybrid with two days in the office and may require travel across UK offices. SC clearance is preferred or obtainable, with five years' UK residency for vetting.

Qualifications

• Experience providing or managing service teams to fulfilment and support.
• Experience maintaining live technology services.
• Experience with supplier management and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage suppliers of identity services to ensure services delivered effectively and with value.
• Maintain Identity processes and knowledge-based articles ensuring alignment with policy and processes.
• Implement and enforce identity policies and standards for compliant access.
• Manage incidents and enquiries, providing resolution and guidance to support a high-performing team.
• Oversee delivery and transition of systems into Identity Assurance Governance and Privileged Access Management monitoring.
