Job summary

National Highways is seeking a Senior Identity Manager to oversee delivery, governance and continual improvement of Identity and Access Management services. You will ensure identities are validated, authorised and managed in line with security policies and regulatory requirements, enabling the right access at the right time.

The role is hybrid with two days per week in the office and can be based at any National Highways office across the UK, with some travel.

Qualifications

• Experience in providing or managing service teams delivering fulfilment and support.
• Experience in maintaining live technology services.
• Experience in supplier management with performance reporting and remediation.
• Experience or knowledge of access control systems.
• Knowledge of change management processes.
• Experience with first/second-line support of operational services and tools like ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Manage suppliers of identity services to ensure effective delivery and value.
• Maintain Identity processes and knowledge-based articles aligned with policy and processes.
• Implement and enforce identity policies to ensure compliant access.
• Manage incidents and inquiries, providing resolutions and guidance.
• Oversee delivery and transition of systems into Identity Assurance Governance and PAM monitoring.
