Allstate NI is seeking a Senior Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer to design, implement and support scalable identity solutions across the organisation. You will lead integration efforts for SSO, federation and access control using enterprise IAM platforms.

The role emphasizes collaboration with security, infrastructure and application teams, vendor management, and mentoring colleagues. A strong background in web access management is essential, with hands-on platform experience.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of experience implementing, configuring, administering, or supporting enterprise IAM solutions.
• Hands-on experience with one or more enterprise web access management platforms (IAM/web IAM).
• Experience implementing and supporting SSO, federation, and access management for enterprise apps.
• Experience writing automation scripts in JavaScript, Python, Groovy, YAML or PowerShell.
• Knowledge of SAML, OAuth and OpenID Connect (OIDC) protocols.

Responsabilités

• Design, configure, enhance and support IAM solutions and vended platforms.
• Create technical designs addressing complex access requirements and security objectives.
• Configure IAM platforms for authentication, SSO, federation and access control.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, security, infrastructure and vendor teams to deliver secure access management.
• Develop user stories and mentor team members working on IAM features.
• Review vendor releases and improve platform reliability and capabilities.
