Job summary

State Street is seeking an Enterprise Identity & Access Management Architect to define and drive the IAM strategy, architecture, standards, and governance across hybrid cloud, SaaS, and on-premises environments. You will partner with cybersecurity, technology, risk, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable identity capabilities that support the firm's growth.

The role requires deep expertise in Identity Governance, PAM, SSO, MFA, and federated identities, with a track record of

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science or related field.
10+ years in cybersecurity/security architecture/IAM.
Experience designing enterprise-scale IAM solutions across cloud, SaaS, on‑prem.
Deep knowledge of IGA, PAM, SSO, MFA, and federated identity technologies.

Responsibilities

Define and maintain the enterprise IAM strategy, architecture, standards, and roadmap.
Lead the design and governance of identity services, including Identity Governance, PAM, Authentication, Authorization, Federation, and Directory Services.
Develop secure identity architecture patterns for workforce, customer, third-party, and machine identities.
Partner with engineering, cloud, application, and cybersecurity teams to embed identity controls.
Drive the adoption of Zero Trust principles with architectural oversight.
