Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience implementing, configuring, administering, or supporting IAM solutions.
• Hands-on experience with web access management or IAM platforms (IVIA, IV Access, ISAM, PAIC, Ping products) or equivalent.
• Experience with SSO, federation, and access management for enterprise apps.
• Experience writing automation scripts in JavaScript, Python, Groovy, YAML or PowerShell.
• Knowledge of SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and federation concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and support enterprise IAM solutions with focus on vended access management platforms.
• Develop technical and functional designs addressing complex requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendor teams to deliver secure access management.
• Create and refine user stories, coach team members, and guide feature reviews.
• Support testing, resolve blockers, and manage risks across features.
