Job summary

Allstate NI is seeking a Systems Engineer Lead Consultant in Identity and Authentication to lead and shape IAM solutions across complex hybrid environments. You will research, design, plan, and maintain network hardware and software components while developing tools for monitoring and automation.

The role requires 4+ years in IAM design and 1 year in team leadership, with deep knowledge of ADDS, ADFS, Entra ID, and hybrid identity. Hybrid-working and career development support are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise IAM in complex hybrid environments.
• Minimum 1 year leading and mentoring a team in Identity and Authentication.
• Advanced experience with ADDS, ADFS, Microsoft Entra ID, ADCS, and Hybrid Identity.

Responsibilities

• Lead identifying and recommending major changes for network hardware/software components to prevent incidents.
• Resolve incidents and perform root cause analysis to improve resiliency.
• Lead integration plans with other hardware/software components to meet performance requirements.
• Support production service requests and admin tasks for network infrastructure.
