Qualifications

• Experience managing EPC style projects in energy sectors.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver HVDC Control, Protection, Automation and V&V scope on time, coordinating with other project functions.
• Review progress and delivery, assessing time, cost, quality and risks.
• Prepare and deliver monthly project governance reports.
• Ensure resources are used efficiently and follow established processes.
• Plan technical interfaces and exchange interface sheets with partners and contractors.
• Oversee KPIs such as First Time Yield, On-Time Delivery and budget for C&P scope.
• Lead and mentor the project engineering team and drive continuous improvement.
• Capture lessons learned and feed process improvements.
• Assess risks and maintain risk register with mitigation.
• Attend customer technical meetings as required.
• Ensure design meets contract requirements within budget and optimize cost.
• Support Sourcing in supplier definitions and post-order stage.
• Develop governance processes for C&P Project community.
