Job summary

CBRE GWS in the United Kingdom seeks a Senior Systems Engineer to support building management systems across multiple UK locations, including Birmingham, London and other cities. You will perform on-site and remote technical support, develop control databases, and assist with system commissioning according to project specs.

The role requires an Associate Degree in HVAC/Electrical/Mechanical (or equivalent), plus experience with HVAC and Windows-based software.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in HVAC, electrical or mechanical with 3+ years industry experience, or 1 year as Systems Support Rep.
• Bachelor’s degree in HVAC, Electrical or Mechanical Eng. preferred.
• Experience with Windows-based computers and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Program control applications using software to support operator workstations and DDC panels.
• Site checkout, commissioning and testing of control applications.
• Provide remote and on-site technical support to installers and customers.
• Diagnose system issues and perform troubleshooting and corrective actions.
• Document problems and resolutions for customer follow-up.
