Job summary

CBRE GWS seeks a Senior Systems Engineer to provide on-site and remote technical support for building systems, create control databases, and set up control systems per project specifications and sales proposals. May perform field start-up and commissioning tasks.

Requirements include an Associate Degree in HVAC, Electrical or Mechanical (Bachelor's preferred), and minimum two years in HVAC with strong Windows/MS Office skills. Flexibility for travel and varied schedules is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience with control and HVAC systems and their terminology.
• Thorough knowledge of Windows-based computers and desktop applications (MS Word, MS Excel).

Responsibilities

• Program control applications for operator workstations, DDC field panels, and third-party devices.
• Site checkout, commissioning and testing of control applications per specs.
• Provide remote and on-site technical support to installers and customers.
