Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in HVAC, Electrical or Mechanical with 3+ years in the field, or 1+ year in Systems Support.
• Bachelor’s degree in HVAC, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• 2+ years’ experience in HVAC or related industry.
• Experience with control and HVAC systems and related terminology.
• Proficient with Windows-based computers and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Program control applications using various tools for operator workstations and field panels.
• Perform site commissioning and testing to verify operation per specs and proposals.
• Provide remote and on-site technical support to installers and customers.
• Analyze systems, diagnose issues, and take corrective action when possible.
• Document problems and resolutions for account management follow-up.
• Prepare accurate paperwork and maintain customer communications.
• Be part of on-call rotation for after-hours response.
