Job summary

CBRE GWS seeks a Senior Systems Engineer to provide on-site and remote support for building management systems across client facilities. You will configure control databases and set up systems per project specifications, with involvement in field start-up and commissioning.

The role requires HVAC/control experience, strong communication skills, and readiness to travel to UK client sites. You will collaborate with CBRE teams to ensure reliable, energy-efficient building operations.

Qualifications

Associate degree in HVAC, electrical or mechanical engineering required.
Bachelor's degree in HVAC, electrical or mechanical engineering preferred.
Minimum three years in HVAC or related field.
Experience with Windows-based desktops and MS Office.
Strong verbal and written communication skills and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

Program control applications using software tools for DDC panels and related devices.
Perform site commissioning and testing of control systems per project specs.
Provide remote and on-site technical support to installers and customers.
Document problems and resolutions for account follow-up and testing.
Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.
Prepare accurate paperwork and reports.
