Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to support building automation and HVAC control systems across multiple UK locations. The role combines on-site and remote troubleshooting, system commissioning, and customer-focused technical assistance.

You will work with Windows-based tools, MS Word and Excel, and collaborate with technicians to ensure robust system performance and timely problem resolution.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in HVAC, Electrical or Mechanical required or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in HVAC, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• Minimum two years’ work history in HVAC or similar industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Program control applications to support operator workstations, DDC field panels and third‑party integration devices.
• Perform job-site system checkout, commissioning and testing to verify operation per specs and proposals.
• Provide remote and on-site technical support to installers and customers as needed.
• Document problems and resolutions; report findings to Account Executive for follow‑up.
