Job summary

Zachary Daniels is partnering with a growing consumer business to recruit a Senior HR Advisor. This hands-on role supports managers and employees across HR and helps strengthen the wider HR function.

You will manage ER cases, provide pragmatic guidance, and deliver day-to-day HR operations including onboarding and contract administration. You’ll collaborate with senior stakeholders and enjoy hybrid working with one day from home per week.

Qualifications

• Strong generalist HR experience with emphasis on employee relations.
• Experience managing complex ER cases independently.
• Good knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Experience in fast-paced or growing businesses.
• Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
• CIPD qualification would be beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical HR guidance to managers across the business.
• Own broad employee relations matters: grievances, disciplinaries, performance, absence.
• Coach managers and support onboarding, offboarding, contracts and HR docs.
• Ensure HR policies and processes are up to date and applied.
• Support HR projects like training and employee engagement.
• Work with senior stakeholders to evolve the HR function.
