Job summary

Distinct | B Corp in the UK is expanding its Employee Relations team and is recruiting two ER Advisors. You will manage a high-volume ER caseload, coach managers and help harmonise HR policies across multiple businesses.

This role offers a real chance to influence how ER is delivered within a growing organisation. The position is hybrid with two days in the office and three days working from home, providing autonomy to improve processes and build capability.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a high-volume Employee Relations caseload.
• Ability to coach managers through ER matters.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end ER cases (absence, performance, grievances, disciplinaries, appeals).
• Provide clear, pragmatic advice and support to managers.
• Help review, develop and harmonise HR policies and procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve ER processes and working practices.
• Produce monthly ER reports and trend analysis.
