Zachary Daniels is partnering with a growing financial services business to recruit a Senior HR Business Partner. The role involves partnering with the Executive and Senior Leadership team, influencing the wider people agenda and shaping organisational design and transformation within a regulated environment.

The Senior HRBP will handle complex ER, workforce planning and use data to drive business decisions.

Qualifications

• Requires strong employment law knowledge and experience in regulated environments.
• Experience partnering with Executive/Senior Leaders.
• Ability to translate people data into business decisions.
• Experience with organisational design, restructures and major change programmes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Executive and Senior Leaders, building relationships and providing credible challenge and advice.
• Support delivery of the People strategy and act as deputy to the People Director.
• Lead on organisational design, restructures and change programmes.
• Manage complex and high-risk ER cases with employment law guidance.
• Use people data and analytics to influence decision making.
• Support transformation including TUPE and M&A activity where required.
• Coach senior leaders to build capability and drive performance.
• Develop and mentor a Junior HRBP.
