Job summary

Zachary Daniels is partnered with a growing consumer business to recruit a Senior HR Advisor. You’ll work closely with the senior leadership team to support managers and employees across all HR matters, handling ER cases, onboarding, contracts and policy application.

Qualifications

• Strong generalist HR experience with a focus on employee relations.
• Confidence handling ER cases and providing pragmatic guidance.
• Solid understanding of UK employment legislation and best practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical, commercially focused HR advice to managers.
• Own a broad range of employee relations matters (grievances, disciplinaries, absence).
• Coach managers and support day-to-day HR operations (onboarding, contracts).
• Ensure HR policies are up to date and applied consistently.
• Support junior HR colleagues and contribute to wider people initiatives.
