Job summary

Zachary Daniels is partnering with a leading retail business to recruit an Employee Relations Manager. This is a fully remote role, with travel a few times a month for team meetings.

It's a great opportunity for an experienced ER professional who enjoys getting into the detail, supporting managers and finding practical solutions to people challenges. We're looking for someone who brings sound judgement, a calm approach and the confidence to handle complex employee relations matters in a busy

Qualifications

• Strong employee relations experience, ideally in retail or fast-paced, multi-site businesses.
• Ability to manage a varied and complex caseload with a fair, commercial approach.
• Experience coaching managers and improving ER processes is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Manage and advise on complex ER cases including disciplinary, grievance, absence and capability matters.
• Coach managers through sensitive situations and build confidence and ownership.
• Work with the People team to deliver a consistent approach across the business.
• Review ER trends and recommend practical actions to address recurring issues.
• Help develop clear, accessible ER policies and guidance for managers.
