Job summary

Vero HR Limited is assisting a UK-based franchise operator in recruiting an experienced HR Manager to oversee employee relations across multi-site operations from their Wolverhampton base. The role focuses on disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance matters, with broad involvement in policy development and HR projects.

Travel to UK sites is required. The successful candidate will be CIPD Level 5 or equivalent, with strong advisory, investigative and reporting skills and robust knowledge

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 or equivalent HR experience.
• Proven ability to advise managers on HR issues with commercial insight.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Experience handling complex employee relations cases across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage disciplinary, grievance, capability, performance, conduct and absence cases.
• Lead investigations, gather evidence, conduct interviews and prepare case documentation.
• Support managers through formal hearings and employee meetings.
• Provide practical, commercially focused advice on employment law, policies and HR best practice.
• Travel to sites across the UK to support investigations and operational HR matters.
