Job summary

Executive Network Group is seeking a Senior HR Advisor for a fast-paced manufacturing site near Shareshill, Wolverhampton. This full-time, on-site role supports ~500 staff across the employee lifecycle and reports to the HR Manager.

You will drive generalist HR activities with a strong emphasis on employee relations, supervise two direct reports, and act as an escalation point for complex ER issues. CIPD qualification is advantageous for this permanent appointment.

Qualifications

• Extensive employee relations knowledge and experience as a generalist HR professional.
• Experience in blue-collar manufacturing environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a generalist HR service across the employee lifecycle for ~500 staff.
• Supervise two direct reports and escalate complex ER matters.
• Work on-site 5 days per week and manage multiple HR projects concurrently.
