Job summary

Vero HR Ltd is supporting a successful UK-based franchise operator in recruiting an experienced HR Manager to drive employee relations and act as a trusted advisor to site leaders. This fully office-based role in Wolverhampton requires frontline ER expertise and a commercially minded HR generalist to manage casework and policy implementation.

You will travel to UK sites as needed, support operational managers, and contribute to HR projects and process improvements while ensuring compliance with

Qualifications

• Evidence of hands-on employee relations experience with case handling.
• Experience advising managers in a multi-site environment.
• Solid knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Strong communication, investigation and report-writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage disciplinary, grievance, capability, performance, conduct and absence cases.
• Lead investigations, gather evidence, interview, and prepare documentation.
• Support managers through hearings and employee meetings.
• Advise on employment law, policies and HR best practices.
• Handle sensitive ER matters with professionalism.
• Travel to UK sites to support investigations and HR matters.
• Prepare contracts, amendments and promotion documentation.
• Review and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain HR records and documentation.
• Assist with HR projects and process improvements.

Skills

CIPD Level 5 or equivalent HR experience
