Roberts Webb Recruitment is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to support a diverse UK workforce across multiple sites. This field-based role requires travel, independence and hands-on ER expertise to advise on disciplinary, grievance and absence issues while driving policy improvement.

You will partner with managers, HR colleagues and unions to resolve complex cases, deliver training, and promote wellbeing, inclusion and streamlined processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in Employee Relations or HR with strong UK employment law knowledge.
• Experience managing disciplinary, grievance, absence and redundancy cases.
• Experience supporting or managing Employment Tribunal cases.
• Experience working with Trade Unions and employee representatives.
• Full UK driving licence and ability to travel nationwide.

Responsabilidades

Employee Relations Advisor – Field Based

We are looking for an experienced and commercially focused Employee Relations Advisor to join a growing organisation and provide expert support across a diverse workforce.

This is a field-based role requiring regular travel to different sites, so the successful candidate will need to be comfortable working independently and providing hands‑on support where required.

You will provide advice and guidance across Employee Relations, Wellbeing, Diversity & Inclusion and Reward, while supporting managers, improving HR policies and processes, and contributing to wider people projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise managers on complex employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance issues.
