AdviserPlus is seeking an HR Adviser to deliver pragmatic, commercially aware HR guidance to line managers across client organisations. You will handle Employment Relations issues, coach managers, and ensure compliant, timely resolution while safeguarding relationships.

With CIPD Level 5 or HR degree and several years in advisory ER roles, you will apply up-to-date employment legislation, manage complex cases, and support transformation projects.

Qualifications

• Three or more years' HR advisory experience with complex ER issues.
• In-depth knowledge of employment legislation and company policies.
• Proven track record managing complex and sensitive ER cases with risk management.
• Proficient using telephony and computer systems, especially MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Provide HR advice online and by telephone to line managers on ER issues.
• Escalate complex cases to appropriate colleagues and manage risk.
• Coach and mentor HR Advisers and Assistants on difficult cases.
• Capture and track all advice on the in-house case management system.
• Support on-site meetings and HR transformation projects when needed.
