Job summary

AdviserPlus is seeking HR Advisers to provide pragmatic, legally-compliant HR advice to line managers within client organisations. You will coach managers to resolve employee relations issues while preserving working relationships and enhancing performance.

The role involves handling discipline, grievance and performance management matters via online and telephone guidance. Responsibilities include escalation of complex cases, proactive ER case management, and ensuring accurate MI reporting.

Qualifications

• Articulate and fluent in English, with strong written and spoken communication.
• Ability to prioritise caseload in a fast-paced environment.
• Calm and professional approach to sensitive people issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR advice online and by phone on ER issues, including discipline, grievance, and performance management.
• Escalate complex cases when needed to colleagues or client teams.
• Manage ER cases to minimise suspensions and ensure timely progression of interventions.
• Tailor documents to client service level agreements and capture information in the case management system.
• Mentor HR Assistants and support colleagues on more complex cases.
