Job summary

HC-One is seeking an HR Advisor to provide high quality HR support, guidance and advice to line managers on all ER related matters and train line managers in applying HR policies, procedures and processes. You will support the Senior HR Advisor and HR Services Manager in delivering an exceptional advisory service and collaborate with the People Team.

This role will involve managing ER cases to closure, including conduct, performance, grievance/whistleblowing and absence management, escalating

Qualifications

• Qualified to CIPD Level 3 (or with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a HR role managing a high volume of ER cases and committed to complete CIPD qualification).
• Minimum 2 years’ experience managing ER cases to conclusion with GDPR knowledge.
• Strong communication, influencing and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality HR advice to facilitate early resolution of ER issues.
• Manage ER cases to closure, including conduct, performance, grievance and absence management.
• Escalate complex ER cases to the Senior HR Advisor or HR Manager as needed.
• Ensure timely advice within SLA and maintain accurate documentation.
• Support on strategic HR projects across the employee lifecycle.
• Share HR knowledge to ensure consistency of approach within the team.
