Qualifications

• Strong Horticultural knowledge with a minimum of NVQ Horticulture / RHS Level 2.
• Experience managing a horticulture team.
• Full, clean UK driving license required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage one of the prestigious gardens within the park.
• Work directly with the Head Gardener on designs and maintenance routines.
• Oversee areas of horticultural significance.

Skills

Strong Horticultural knowledge

Experience as a Grounds Maintenance / Horticulture Team Leader

Full, clean UK driving license

Experience in prestigious public spaces

Education

NVQ Horticulture / RHS Level 2

RHS Level 3 (preferred)
