Qualifications

• Experience in health, social care or reablement services.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support, guidance and leadership to frontline staff.
• Maintain a visible presence in service delivery.
• Promote safe, effective, person-centred reablement.
• Support staff development and quality standards.
• Carry out observations, competency checks and staff visits.
• Assist induction and development of new staff.
• Ensure effective communication between teams.
• Support audits, quality assurance and compliance activities.
• Contribute to continuous service improvement.
