Home First Community in Sheffield is seeking an experienced Team Manager to lead and inspire Support Managers within our Home First Community Team, helping adults regain independence and live safely at home. You will shape day-to-day delivery, support reablement practice, manage budgets and performance, and build strong partnerships across services to improve outcomes for adults and carers.

This leadership role offers a chance to drive change, coach staff, and deputise for the Registered Manager

Qualifications

• Experience supervising and developing staff within social care.
• Experience with older people or adults with complex needs and carers.
• Experience with multi-disciplinary working and service improvement.
• Knowledge of care standards and health and social care frameworks.
• Experience with budget, resource and performance management.
• Health and Social Care qualification at NVQ Level 4 or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Lead, motivate and support a team delivering reablement services.
• Ensure safe, responsive, efficient service delivery with positive outcomes.
• Use staffing and budgets to meet priorities and customer needs.
• Drive service improvement through planning, QA, performance monitoring.
• Build relationships with internal teams, external agencies and stakeholders.
• Develop staff through supervision, mentoring and coaching.
• Represent the service and deputise for the Registered Manager at meetings.
• Contribute to change management and out-of-hours arrangements.
