Sheffield City Council is seeking an experienced Team Manager to lead and inspire Support Managers within the Home First Community Team, guiding adults across Sheffield to regain independence and live safely at home.

The role shapes day-to-day delivery, promotes high standards of reablement practice, and works with colleagues and partners to provide person-centered, effective services. Applicants should bring governance-minded leadership and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Competenze

• Experience supervising staff within social care.
• Experience with older people or adults with complex needs.
• Experience of multi-disciplinary working, service improvement and change management.
• Knowledge of care standards, health and social care frameworks, and customer-focused service delivery.
• Experience of budget, resource and performance management.
• A recognised Health and Social Care qualification at minimum NVQ Level 4 or equivalent.
