Sheffield City Council is seeking an experienced Team Manager for the Home First Community to lead and inspire a team delivering reablement services across Sheffield. This role focuses on helping adults regain independence and live safely at home, with a strong emphasis on person-centred care and collaborative, multi-disciplinary working.

You will shape day-to-day delivery, drive improvement in reablement practice, manage resources and budgets, and work with partners to ensure high-quality

Qualifikationen

• Experience supervising and developing staff within social care.
• Experience with older people or adults with complex needs and carers.
• Experience of multi-disciplinary working and service improvement.
• Knowledge of care standards and health and social care frameworks.
• Experience of budget, resource and performance management.
• Health and Social Care qualification at NVQ Level 4 or equivalent.

Aufgaben

• Lead, motivate and support a team delivering high-quality reablement services.
• Ensure safe, responsive, efficient service delivery focused on outcomes.
• Utilise staffing and budgets to meet priorities and customer needs.
• Drive service improvement through planning, QA, and performance monitoring.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams, partners and stakeholders.
• Develop staff through supervision, appraisal, mentoring and coaching.
• Represent the service and deputise for the Registered Manager.
• Contribute to change management, business continuity and out-of-hours arrangements.
