• Experience managing direct engineers and subcontractors.
• Ability to achieve performance targets and manage resources.
• Enhanced DBS Check carried out by Employer.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Hard Services Team to ensure quality operations.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental procedures.
• Produce client reports and seek improvement opportunities.

Management of reactive and planned maintenance

Experience with electrical systems

Knowledge of statutory compliance

Computer literacy (MS Excel, Word, Outlook)

Education

NEBOSH Certificate or Diploma in Health & Safety

City & Guilds 2360 Parts 1 & 2

Level 2 & 3 Technical Certificates with NVQ Level 3
