Job summary

Starknet Foundation, a globally dispersed remote-first organization, is hiring a senior deal-maker for our Growth team. You’ll own strategy and execution across Starknet's priority verticals (Privacy, Bitcoin, Quantum, and RWA), building the financial models and incentive structures that make partnerships work end-to-end.

You’ll negotiate partnerships end-to-end, develop commercial proposals, and collaborate with product, ecosystem and legal teams to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Senior generalist capable of operating across strategy, business development, partnerships and product
• Experience building complex financial models and structuring multi-party terms
• Crypto/DeFi fluency with established relationships in the space

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and execution across Growth team's priority verticals (Privacy, Bitcoin, Quantum, RWA).
• Identify, negotiate and manage partnerships end-to-end to extend Starknet’s infrastructure stack.
• Develop commercial proposals driving growth across the Starknet ecosystem.
• Collaborate with product, ecosystem and marketing to build new partner-focused solutions.
• Coordinate with legal, finance and operations to support partnerships.
