Rhinestone is recruiting a Head of Growth in London or remote. You will lead the growth engine, own the end-to-end sales cycle, and translate customer needs into product and market opportunities. Expect autonomy, impact, and a role that shapes the company’s commercial trajectory.

With 7+ years in growth and 3+ in crypto, you’ll leverage a strong network to close deals with startups and enterprises, driving revenue while guiding strategy and content creation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in growth leadership (BD, product marketing or sales) with crypto exposure.
• Strong new-business network in crypto, fintech, or tech sectors.
• Able to translate complex tech concepts for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the GTM strategy and end-to-end sales cycles from lead to close.
• Build a scalable growth engine and processes from scratch.
• Bridge customers and product to inform roadmap and market expansion.
• Leverage industry network to secure strategic partnerships.
• Collaborate on marketing content to articulate value to prospects.
