Job summary

NAVEX Global, Inc. in London region is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to drive post-sale value across our GRC platform. You will assess customer needs, design, and implement solutions while coordinating with sales, product, and support teams.

The role requires 5+ years in consulting and SaaS delivery, strong project management, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective outcomes. Travel up to 10% within Europe is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven consulting and SaaS implementation experience.
• Experience with business process management and SaaS delivery models.
• Strong project management, planning, and scoping experience, ideally using Professional Services Automation tools.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across remote, cross-functional teams and coordinate project escalations.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to evaluate existing systems, processes and needs to analyse, recommend, design and implement best-practises for NAVEX’s GRC platform.
• Manage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously and consistently.
• Analyse and map customer business requirements to implementation objectives and the defined Scope of Work.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, customer success and support as well as pre-sales teams.
• Effectively report and communicate to project teams, including customer stakeholders and internal management teams.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the functional architecture of NAVEX’s GRC Platform.
• Develop and initiate project plans and customer documentation to increase effectiveness, awareness and adoption.
• Present NAVEX’s products and services to customers while providing functional and technical expertise.
• Utilise Salesforce.com and PSA tools to optimise Sales and Project Management activities.
• 10% European travel, including overnight stays, may be required.
