Job summary

MetricStream is seeking a Solution Consultant to join our Customer Services Team. You will gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into functional specs, and collaborate with product, QA, and support to deliver high-quality GRC solutions.

You will support workshops, user stories, and testing, ensuring alignment with standards. Travel to customer locations is expected; 9–14 years of experience, strong communication, and familiarity with ISO/NIST/GDPR/SOX guidance will help you

Qualifications

• 9–14 years of experience in relevant roles.
• Experience with requirements gathering and gap analysis.
• Familiarity with GRC/IRM processes and standards.
• Understanding of REST API, SFTP, ETL integration.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Interact with global clients during project kick-off and delivery.
• Gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and support testing/UAT.
• Translate business requirements into functional specs and user stories.
• Collaborate with dev and QA to design GRC solutions.
• Review test cases and ensure alignment with standards.
• Stay updated on GRC/IRM features and best practices.
