Job summary

Workiva is seeking a Senior Solution Sales Executive for GRC in the UKI financial services market. The role focuses on new business and expansion sales to executive buyers, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver multi-solution demonstrations and a strong value proposition.

You will manage complex deal cycles, navigate influencers and buyers, and report on pipeline health. Travel up to 30% is required, with remote work flexibility supported by a robust, modern platform.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in enterprise technology or complex solution sales across large customer accounts within financial services.
• Undergraduate Degree or equivalent combination of knowledge and related career experience.
• Understanding of SaaS business model.
• Ability to demonstrate complex software applications.
• Experience navigating and delivering sales success across large enterprise organizations in financial services.
• Executive presence and ability to communicate at the most senior level.
• Ability to manage multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously.
• Ability to negotiate pricing with a focus on retaining value.

Responsibilities

• Actively seek out sales opportunities in collaboration with peer Sales teams, Inside Sales, and Partnerships to generate qualified sales pipeline.
• Deliver compelling demonstrations of the Workiva platform.
• Address objections and guide opportunities to close by showcasing value.
• Update CRM with contacts, forecast, and pipeline analytics.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to secure the sale and align internal resources.
