Broadridge is seeking an Associate Relationship Manager for EMEA and APAC Opt-In Litigation Services. You will lead end-to-end client delivery, coach a high-performing team, and manage regional portfolios across time-sensitive opt-in processes.

You will build relationships with clients, law firms, and funders, translating litigation requirements into clear client experiences and scalable operating models. Hybrid work is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, law, or a related field is required.
• Experience in sales, client service and project management with leadership of teams.
• Experience managing complex client relationships across multiple regions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strategic, proactive, collaborative leadership with a focus on client outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end client service delivery across the opt-in lifecycle.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team; establish ownership and accountability.
• Manage regional client and project portfolios with deadlines and SLAs.
• Build relationships with clients, law firms, funders, and internal stakeholders.
• Partner with advisers and funders to understand case offerings and losses.
• Contribute to strategy, governance, and scalable operating models for opt-in services.
• Provide service-level leadership and timely client-focused processes from intake to registration.
