Job summary

Bijoux De Mimi is seeking an Operations Manager to own the operational backbone of a fast-growing, internationally scaling business. This hybrid role (in Chelsea, London) offers autonomy to shape supply chain, demand planning, and logistics under the founder's guidance.

You will build forecasting models, optimise inventory across UK/EU/US, and drive supplier coordination, production timelines, and cost efficiencies. Start date flexible; salary is competitive and flexible for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Operations, Supply Chain, or Demand Planning in fast-growing DTC fashion/e-commerce.
• Strong analytical capabilities; able to build forecasting models in spreadsheets.
• Experience booking shipments, managing lead times, liaising with 3PLs, and coordinating schedules.
• Proficiency with Shopify and warehouse management systems; familiarity with ASNs and inventory reconciliation.
• Understanding of cash flow, inventory carrying costs, and margin management.
• Experience with import/export and international logistics.
• Experience in jewellery, fashion or e-commerce.

Responsibilities

• Own Demand Planning and inventory strategy across UK, EU, and US warehouses.
• Manage supply chain production, lead times, and production defects.
• Oversee global logistics, carrier bookings, customs, and deliveries.
• Maintain Shopify data integrity as the single source of truth for product data.
• Analyze and adjust pricing points based on sales and margins.
• Collaborate with founder on strategic operational improvements.
